| Registration/Withdrawal (Spring 2024): This will notify you any time one of your students withdraws or registers for Spring 2024 classes. A withdrawal is detected when a student was registered for at least one class yesterday, but none today. A registration is detected when a student was registered for no classes yesterday, but is registered for at least one today. |
| Drop/Add (Spring 2024): This will notify you any time one of your students has dropped or added a Spring 2024 class since yesterday morning's daily download to the Student Success Portal. |
| Grade Change (Spring 2024): This will notify you any time one of your students has a letter grade change in a Spring 2024 class (in Banner). |

| Canvas0 Count: The portal counts the total number of zero grades each student has in Canvas each morning (we call that the student's 'Canvas0 count'). This report will notify you any day that one of your student's Canvas0 count increases -- that is, your student has more zeroes in Canvas today than yesterday. This report is kept brief by reporting only the total number of zeroes for your students. (example) |

The Canvas0 reports list students when their Canvas0 count increases. You can specify your own threshhold, so the report will list students when their count increases by your minimum number. For instance, if you select 5 in the list below, a student will be listed in your report when the increase (the number of zero grades in Canvas) from your last notification on this student is 5 or more. |
